Eat With Your Eyes: Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras

Are you drooling? You should be. You can find this Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras with pickled‎ blueberry, pain perdu, and blis maple gastrique at Brabo in Alexandria for $26. Chef Harper McClure out did himself with his new seasonal menu.
