First Taste: Fogo de Chão

Hard to believe, but I had never got a taste of Fogo de Chão before this summer.

If you haven't been, loosen your belt because you're going to get stuffed.  Skip the salad bar.
But, do try the fried polenta.  Sinful!
Ribs
There are too many delicious meats to taste.
16 signature cuts of meat are served table-side from roasting skewers.
Chicken Legs

My fav:  Filet

Lamb

Southern Brazilian side dishes, such as warm cheese bread and garlic-mashed potatoes, are served family style.
Authentic Brazilian-trained churrasqueiros or gaucho chefs will present and slice perfectly grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and sausage tableside specially cut to each guest’s preference.
Peruvian Sunset
Fogo de Chão has new menu of refreshing Brazilian-inspired cocktails.  The new array of Fogo cocktails includes the Peruvian Sunset Martini, Superfruit Lemonade and the Classic Caipirinha. It’s like a taste of lively Samba music with every sip!
