Eat With Your Eyes: Fraisier

Is your mouth watering?  You can find this delectable Frasier made with fresh strawberries, mousseline cream, and genoise for $6 at Tel'Veh.

TelVeh Café and Wine Bar (brought to you by the owners of Agora) opened in May.  The intimate 60-seat café and wine bar features an eclectic menu of small plates, flatbreads, cheese, and charcuterie that complement the carefully chosen selection of wine.

If you're a wine connoisseur, you'll love their extensive collection of 300 wines by the bottle and 48 wines by the glass.  The wine bar is equipped with a Vinotemp Wine Dispenser - temperature and humidity-controlled wine systems that preserve open bottles of wine with nitrogen gas.  The restaurant’s wine list is organized by region with an emphasis on New World and Old World varietals.  We were taken on a world tour and tasted 4 reds and 4 whites from countries around the globe.
The menu features dishes that pair well with wine.  The Watermelon and Feta Salad with arugula and an orange blossom vinaigrette is perfect for summer.
I'm always a fan of creamy crab dip.
You'll find lots of seafood selections including the branzino with capers.
The Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Sliders with Brussels sprout slaw is delicious.

I also really liked the flatbread with prosciutto and dates.  Charcuterie and cheese flights are always a solid option.
All in all, Tel'Veh is a nice spot to get a bite to eat and enjoy wine with friends.
